Nobbys Arc

Well just got to watch everyone around me at my table eat there dinner who ordered after me and still waiting for my meal.. asked three times for it to be followed up with nothing happening. An hour later i had to hassle for my burger for it to be finally brought to the table. Staff didnt follow anything up. The burger was dry and lacked flavor, and the chips were soggy. Even though we insisted for and recieved a refund. I will be giving a 0/5 review and will not recommend for the service recieved was very poor.
